about the FRC

The Feminist Research Collective (FRC) was started in the Fall of 2017 at Indiana University.  Founders envisioned a combination of activism, collective feminist scholarship and support of individual or collaborative projects. Gradually a group of diverse and like-minded researchers, instructors and graduate students came together with similar values and interests. From the beginning, the FRC aimed to be democratic and inclusive, both as an organization and in its research practices. The FRC has expanded to the University of Florida and it will continue to grow.
